Before we start i would like to say that this build will  be focused on 1080p resolution gaming at medium to high settings with current e-sports games 2017 and below.

Processor: AMD Athlon x4 880k

I chose this processor because of its price of about $97 and the best bang for your money

Motherboard : ECS A68M-C4DL V2 FM2+ MOTHERBOARD

I chose this mobo because of its decent build quality and its price of $40

RAM: Fury ddr3 1866mhz 2x4gig

This ram cost about $55

HARD DISK: 1T WD blue hdd

This HDD cost $50usd

CASING + PSU: ATX Computer Case with 500-Watt Power Supply

This is a generic PSU that cost $70

VIDEO CARD: MSI GAMING Radeon RX 460 GDDR5 2GB

I chose this GPU because this is the sweet spot of e-sports games at 1080p high settings and cost only about  $100
